A friendly ( but stern) reminder.  If you opted out of paying a fine for any winter related violations your mandatory 4 hour class is today at noon. Wear warm clothes, you will be required to shovel snow as part of your test. Arrive early to fill out paperwork and waivers. Bring a bagged lunch and three sharpened number two pencils.

A near tragedy occurred in high wind conditions as our CEV ( Code Enforcement Vehicle) was blown over.  None of our officers were in the CEV at the time of the incident. “Barney was collecting fines door to door and Andy was measuring grass height”, reported HOA Director of Operations, Werner Ausmann. ” It looks like it’s totaled. Luckily we will be receiving our new fleet of CEVs shortly.  Until then it looks like it will be foot patrol for Andy and Barney.”

We are hiring! Are you tired of residents not mowing their lawns to the proper height, pattern and time schedule? Are you equally upset with “Code Breakers” who plant flowers whose colors are not approved by The HOA? Do you want to scream at the top of your lungs when lazy homeowners do not shovel the public sidewalk before their own property after a snowstorm? I’m sure you would agree that these individuals are the same ones who do not bring in and put out of sight their garbage pails within 15 minutes of pickup. Do you have what it takes to be a snitch and a tattletale? We are looking for you to join our team. We need people who are willing to sacrifice their morals for the greater good of our community. If you are interested stop by our new offices or speak to one of our Code Enforcement Officers. We look for forward to sharing intel with you!
